Benji's provides interior plant design, installation, maintenance, and related services to commercial clients in the Greater Toronto Area. All service engagements are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties. These Terms govern your use of our website and general inquiries; a signed proposal or service agreement governs the delivery of specific services.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

Submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote through our website does not create a binding contract. A service engagement begins only upon your written acceptance of a formal proposal and receipt of any required deposit, as specified in that proposal.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Benji's in the 12 months preceding the claim.
