As a result, we currently do not respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted in the future that we must follow, we will update this policy accordingly. Virginia Privacy Rights (CDPA)

Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA), Virginia residents have the right to confirm, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Submit requests using the contact details in Section 12. We will respond within 45 days. You have the right to appeal a denial within 60 days; if your appeal is denied you may contact the Virginia Attorney General's office.

Other State Laws: Residents of other states with privacy laws (Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, etc.) may contact us to inquire about exercising similar rights.
